ATTI funds organizations that are either seeking funding for the development of technology platforms that are used in promoting transparency and accountability or for organizations that are using technology platforms in the promotion of transparency and accountability.
Minimum Criteria
- Must be registered non-profit or educational organizations
- Be headquartered in Africa
- Technology tools are an essential component of the project
- Applications are open to organizations from all countries in Africa
The fund does not support:
- Individuals
- Capital Equipment (buildings, vehicles)
- Travel in, to and from the United States.
- Loans, individual or otherwise
Duration: Grants shall be issued for a maximum period of 2 years.
Amount: Grants shall be range from a minimum of $30,000 to $ 200,000.
Funding Calendar: Applications are received on a rolling basis and funding decisions and grant disbursements are made every quarter.
