Project Information: The grant shall support the production of 26 episodes in the fourth season of the ZaNews TV show. ZaNews is a political satire TV show that uses puppets to lampoon political figures, in the tradition of Les Guignols de l’info (France), Spitting Image (UK) and XYZ show (Kenya). Both Worlds Pictures shall film and broadcast daily, weekly and special shows to be shown through national, regional and community TV and radio channels. The show shall also be carried on the web through Zanews website and on social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter) to get the message across. The grant shall also be used to carry out technical improvements to the ZaNews website.
